  • Please let us know about any injuries when you book. Our experienced trainers will provide modifications and alternative exercises to ensure you can participate safely.

  • We provide nutritious, delicious meals designed to fuel your workouts and recovery. All meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients.

  • Absolutely! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Just let us know when you book.

  • Yes! Beach training is a highlight of our retreats. We also use indoor facilities and outdoor locations to provide variety in your training experience.

  • Bring comfortable workout clothes, trainers, swimwear, sun protection, and any personal items you need. We'll send you a detailed packing list once you book.

  • Of course! Many of our guests come solo and find it a great way to meet like-minded people. You'll be part of a supportive group throughout your stay.

  • A £100 deposit is required to secure your place, with the balance due 4 weeks before your arrival. We accept various payment methods and will send you all the details after booking.
